For the authentication of a document destined for Haiti, please follow the steps below:

1. Have the document notarized by a Notary Public in Taiwan;
2. Take the document to the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) – https://www.boca.gov.tw/mp-2.html, to have the Notary Public’s signature authenticated;
3. 3. Following the completion of step two (2), the document can be submitted to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Haiti for authentification.
